What Is Workflow Management?

SAP Workflow Management allows you to digitize workflows, manage decisions, gain end-to-end process visibility, and configure processes in a low-code approach. It allows users to build, run, and manage workflows. It allows users to digitize and automate decision making. It enables process excellence, process transparency, process transformation by providing one view of the process. Users can configure the process flow without the involvement of IT to improve process efficiency.

For example, you can build a package to automate requests for capital investments that lets business users configure the processes according to their requirements. Process templates can be added to a package so that business users can create new process variants depending on the investment request type. You can also add decisions to determine the approvers for the investment requests. Once the process is triggered, you can monitor the status of the investment requests and other KPIs in a single dashboard using visibility scenarios.

  • Distribución de las aplicaciones entre diferentes versiones de sistemas R/3.
  • El intercambio de datos continuo después de una actualización de la versión sin requerir un mantenimiento especial.
  • Extensiones específicas del cliente .
  • Las interfaces de comunicación que permiten conexiones a sistemas no SAP.
